I am back! Fun was had (karaoke!), beautiful things were seen (Combers Beach!) and new experiences happened (fainting for the first time!).
Seriously, I had never fainted before. The experience left me with feelings of wonder, amusement and uncomfort. Here's what happened: I was on the plane, on the way home, when I suddenly felt like I was going to puke. I got up, took three steps toward the bathroom and the next thing I know I'm on the floor and someone is shaking me awake. I close my eyes again and when I open them I'm sitting on the floor, my back against the bathroom door and a pretty stewardess is holding a wet cloth to my forehead. An other stewardess came with an oxygen mask. Then they moved me to the bench because the co-pilot had to pee.
I tried to leave three times before they finally let me go. And boy, was I glad I spoke English, because none of them spoke French. Aaaaanyway, it was a strange experience, not something I would like to experience again, but I'm still glad it happened because I hate puking. ;P
I am as caught up with lj as I can be, but if you feel like there's something I shouldn't miss, wether it be lj related or a piece of fandom news, feel free to share in the comments.
