Spent the day doing various cleaning activities, including cleaning out the fridge. I'm one of these people who are ruled by expiration dates. If it says it's expired, I trust it (most of the time). I just realized that it's the 20th and not the 27th. *facepalm*

I threw out a perfectly good litre of milk! Ugh.
